Because we all need a good scrambled egg recipe in our repertoire. Whether it’s for a quick weekday breakfast or a relaxed weekend brunch, these eggs served with fresh herbs and a touch of Parmesan are sure to please.

In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Whisk in Parmesan, cream, parsley, chives, salt and pepper.
Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly, until eggs are cooked but still creamy. Serve.
