This Mexican-inspired classic dip with creamy avocado, tangy lemon and fresh cilantro is one of those dishes that almost everyone loves. Keep this recipe in mind for your next potluck, or make it in a pinch for snack time.
6 to 8 servings
Cut the avocados in half and pit them. Spoon the avocado flesh into a bowl.
Add lemon juice, olive oil, cumin and coriander. Mash guacamole mixture with a fork or pestle.
Add salt and pepper for taste.
