Ingredients:

  • 45 mL (3 tbsp.) hot pepper olive oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, halved or chopped
  • 2 strips of orange peel, about 5 cm (2 inches) long each
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 500 mL (2 cups) mixed olives

Time to get cooking! Follow these simple steps:

HOW TO :

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, orange peel and rosemary. Let infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add olives and cook, stirring, until hot and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
