45 mL (3 tbsp.) hot pepper olive oil or extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, halved or chopped
2 strips of orange peel, about 5 cm (2 inches) long each
2 sprigs of rosemary
500 mL (2 cups) mixed olives

HOW TO :
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic, orange peel and rosemary. Let infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add olives and cook, stirring, until hot and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
